  • Condition: The silicone lids must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, ALAVUEL will cover all shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label or issue a free replacement immediately.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Securely pack your item in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable courier service.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved.
  • Method of Refund: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund credit to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
